I have been to Fort Lauderdale 9 times with my family, but this time was the very best. The property was magnificent, it was very very,very clean, well-maintained and the location was just great. Everything is very spacious, all the furnitures looked new and it has a very well working AC. The House is located in a very friendly and I guess wealthy neighbourhood.Many shopping and dinning locations are close by.To the beach its just a minute-drive by car. The owner provided a outstanding good customer-service, he replied emails as soon as possible, gave many tips and infos and of course was very polite and kind. The local Home-Caretaker, which you will meet at the begining and the end of your stay was friendly and customer-oriented. Overall I must say it was the best decision for us (four grown-ups) to rent this house. Without any constraint, I can recommend this property to erverone who is looking for a uncomplicated and great places to stay in Ft.Lauderdale. For sure me an my Family will return for more....

As an Interior Architect I am very picky when it comes to my living and rental spaces. This home exceeded my expectations! The Owner has anticipated all the needs of his guests - a perfectly equiped kitchen, bamboo towels in the bathrooms and enjoyable movies when you need a break from the sun. The bathrooms are new and the beds soft and comfortable. The fur throw on the LR sofa was an added bonus. The home is in a great location - just minutes from a morning walk on the beach or a quick drive to the best shopping. I'll go again!

My wife and I needed a break from Central Fl. for a couple of days, and Paul's house filled the ticket. From the "no hassle" approach, to the "Complete" price quoted that never went up - to the spectacular view of the Intercoastal - this home was just what we needed. With family living near the area, we have visited Lauderdale-by-the-Sea many times. This time, my husband and I included our grown children and 2 teenaged grandsons (8 of us total). The home was an excellent choice with more than enough room, very comfortable beds, and all the luxuries for a vacation. The kitchen and outdoor patio was wonderful for cooking and even entertaining local relatives with family cookouts when not dining out in the area. The owner was most accommodating, allowing relatives to bring a boat and wave runners to the dock so we could enjoy the water in our back yard. Everyone had fun at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, whether boating and tubing on the ocean, visiting the beach and shops, dining out, or just relaxing poolside. After a day of fun in the sun, the master bedroom suite was "to die for". A nice long shower followed by a warm jaccuzzi and a glass of wine and then relaxing on the upstairs balcony before bedtime. A wonderful time was had by all and what began as a chance find turned into a hope for future vacations in the future. "What you see is truly what you get and more!!!! Thanks Paul, for everything. Myself Husband and three kids along with my sister in law her husband and three kids stayed at this beautiful villa after spending a hectic 10 days in Orlando and it was just what the doctor ordered, The house was amazing and even though there was ten of us the house never seemed to be overcrowded. We mostly went to the beach in the mornings which was only 5 to 10 minutes walk away and chilled by the pool in the afternoon. At night we literally walked down the road where there was some lovely restaurants to have our evening meal. Will never forget the amazing views from the house and espically from the balcony of the master suite one boat was bigger than the next. In general the location was excellent, we found the local people to be very friendly and in general found it to be very safe walking at night with children. I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful house!!!!!!!! From the momemt you walk in you're home. My son just roamed through the place with his jaw dragging behind him. The beautiful boats just kept going by adding to the splender. Paul was very kind and helped with all of our quiestions. Dont forget to go next door to the Blue Moon Fish Company....dinner is at 6 !!!!!!!! Great for everyone !!!!! We enjoyed a fabulous week in this gorgeous home located on the intercoastal. We were so comfortable we didn't not want to leave. The home is very spacious and clean. The view from the living room and dining room was spectacular and the pool was delightful. The kitchen was beatiful (love the granite!) and fully equiped. All of the bedrooms were beautiful and relaxing especially the master bedroom. We are looking forrward to coming back next year. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. I stayed at this house along with 8 of my relatives and we all slept comfortably. One couple in our party wanted to pay a bit less so we worked it out with them to stay in the extra room on the main floor. It has curtains you can draw and we just added an air mattress to the sofa bed and once all the bedding was on it it was very comfortable and cozy. My teenaged neice slept on the couch in the living room and was very comfortable there, too. The rest of us were couples and had our own bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need. Walking down the staircase makes you feel as though you are a movie star making an entrance! We used the gas grill every day and made margaritas every night! All of us were mesmerized by just watching the boats go by and looking at the lovely waterway outside. One day we even saw dolphins playing in the water and catching fish! There were at least 4 dolphins. I'm told this is a rare treat. One morning I awoke and there was an iguana about 18 inches long just sunning himself on the dock. As I walked outside he meandered on his way. Everything about this house is top notch. The kitchen is phenomenal, all the furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms are gorgeous. The master suite is incredibly nice and we even had a bidet. It was an easy walk to the beach, with shops along the way. We enjoyed the Miami Zoo, the Flamingo and Botanical Gardens, Butterfly World, a Florida Marlins baseball game at Dolphin Stadium, went to see Night at the Museum on IMAX, went to Hard Rock Casino, and did tons of shopping. All this and much more were within easy driving distance and plenty was within easy walking distance, too. All week long, members of my family would just suddenly say, "Man! This is a NICE house!" I would highly recommend this incredible house to anyone looking for a truly memorable vacation getaway! Our family of 4 stayed at this georgous house for a week. We were so impressed how well-kept and clean everything was - made us feel we were the 1st to stay there! We enjoyed the private heated pool and walk across the street to the ocean. This home has every luxury ammeninity you'd miss from your own home, and located perfectly to shopping, dining and night life. The owner is great to work with and we will stay here again but next time - definately longer! My husband , myself and my 4 daughters ages 17-21 spent a glorious week in this home. It is spacious, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is a gourmets dream, the kids loved the media room. The beds were so comfortable. The beach was just steps away.Lots of bathrooms. We could lounge on one of 2 balconies or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this home. The owner was friendly and helpful. The girls felt like princesses and we could relax with all the amenities we needed at our finger tips.
