The two upstairs bedrooms have natural wood beam ceilings with skylights in the hallway; while the master suite features an extra-large and modern bathroom, as well as sliding glass doors in the bedroom which open out onto a small deck overlooking the courtyard below. This layout provides personal space for up to six guests. The first floor is tiled throughout, with wall-to-wall berber carpeting found upstairs in the large bedrooms and hallway. | ||

Our three two-story townhomes on Poinciana Street face a quiet and well-maintained park just two blocks from the beach in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The townhomes provide an unmatched level of privacy and spaciousness not found in typical hotel accommodations. While staying here, you may wish to take advantage of the beautiful park located directly across Poinciana Street. Here, there is a well-manicured exercise path for jogging or rollerblading as well as two lighted tennis courts for your enjoyment. Other sports can also be played here, all just a short stroll from the beach. |

| Security Deposit & Rental Agreement All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a refundable $1000 security/damage deposit. The deposit is returned within one week of check out after the property has been inspected for any damages, beyond normal wear and tear. The agreement is necessary to protect the owners from all liabilities. See further details below. |
| Rental Policies These properties are privately owned, and the owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Owners are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. Maximum Occupancy per Townhome is 6 adult guests. This policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for not smoking unless outside in the private courtyard. One parking space per house. Additional parking can be arranged. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Guests are also responsible for any damage to the property above and beyond the initial deposit of $1000. Reservation Terms & Deposit Deposit required to hold reservation: 50% of the total charge, plus $1000 refundable security deposit and non-refundable $500 move-in/move-out fee. Add 11% for Florida sales and bedding tax. Cancellation must be made by phone AND in writing no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will not be refunded if canceling late. No refund for no-shows or early departures. Check-in time is 2:00 PM Check-out time is 11:00 AM |
