Q: Are your vacation homes pet-friendly?
A: It depends. Some properties permit pets while others do not. Many of the properties that do permit pets often have breed and size (< 25lbs.) restrictions. You can check to see if the house that you are interested in is pet-friendly by visiting our Vacation Rentals section.
Q: How does the process work?
A: ByTheSeaVacationHomes.com lists many rental properties in South Florida. Most of these properties are vacation homes, perhaps second or even third homes that the owners are renting out to people much like yourself. You simply choose from these homes and contact us directly via phone or through the website. We will make all the necessary arrangements, and you are free to relax. Once you have returned from your vacation, you can leave feedback about the property and your experience for everyone to see. You get to stay in luxury accommodations, enjoy a unique experience apart from the standard hotel, and possibly save a bundle. By The Sea Vacation Homes ensures that the home does not go unappreciated, or underutilized.
Q: Do I need to clean afterward?
A: No. The reservation price includes a cleaning fee in which we will have someone clean and prepare for the next guest.
Q: How do I know I will like the place?
A: Of course, it is simply not possible to predict what you will like and not like. How happy you are with a particular property will have a lot to do with whether your expectations of the property are met. To this end we encourage you to begin a dialogue with us as soon as possible and ask a lot of questions. By The Sea Vacation Homes is a local company within a few miles of each rental property and we visit them often. We will always try our best to accurately represent each property.
